On August 19, 2010 the results of the tender to underwrite and place corporate ruble bonds of the Russian Highways State Company were announced.
There were eight bidders: Gazprombank, Promsvyazbank, NOMOS-BANK, Troika Dialog Investment Company, Svyaz-Bank, VTB Capital, ROSBANK, and URALSIB Capital.
Gazprombank was declared the winner of the tender.
In 2010 Avtodor State Company plans to place bonds worth 3 billion rubles with a five-year maturity.
The borrowed funds will go to finance the construction of toll sections of the M-4 Don federal highway.
