Seasonal tariffs for the transit on the M-4 Don Highway will remain at the level of 2019 and will be valid from July 28 to October 31, 2020.
Transit through all toll sections of the M-4 Don Highway by motorcars during the day in summer will cost 1,730 rubles, and 1,471 rubles for those who use T-pass transponders. For the users who are the members of the loyalty program and have a maximum discount of 15%, the cost of transit will amount to 1,250 rubles.
On a weekday, on the M-11 Neva Highway, transit for a motorcar owner from Solnechnogorsk to St. Petersburg (from the 58th to the 684th kilometer) without a transponder will cost 1,610 rubles, and 991 rubles with the Avtodor–Toll Roads transponder. For the members of the loyalty program, the cost of travel, taking into account the maximum discount of 15%, can be reduced to 842.35 rubles.
For the users of the M-3 Ukraine Highway, the tariff will be increased for all price categories, taking into account the limits of inflation rate. In addition, the time limits of the day and night tariffs will be pushed back one hour, that is, the calculation of the day tariff will start from 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m.
The introduction of a seasonal tariff range will make it possible to redistribute traffic flows, including to the M-4 Don Highway. In July–August, traffic on this route increases to 50,000-59,000 vehicles per day.
