The maintenance of the waterproofing layer and asphalt concrete pavement on the right half of the carriageway was completed a day ahead of schedule on the right motorway junction located at the 1,335th km of the M-4 Don highway in Krasnodar.
In order to finish the work as quickly as possible and minimize the inconvenience for motorists, it was decided to skip the technological break between the stages. Earlier, the maintenance of the left side was scheduled for October 06, but thanks to the rapid pace of works, maintenance was commenced already on the night of October 04 right after the maintenance of the right lane was completed.
It is planned to complete all works and lift the restrictions on October 7, not on October 11 as was initially planned.
