The first visitors of the pilot filling station of LUKOIL, PJSC, in the Moscow Region were the Chairman of Board of Avtodor State Company Vyacheslav Petushenko, the President of LUKOIL, PJSC, Vagit Alekperov, the General Director of North-Western Concessionary Company, LLC, Lortiua Gilan, a member of the Board of Directors of North-Western Concessionary Company, LLC, Marcel Vial. They took part in the event celebrating completion of the motorway petrol station construction.
LUKOIL, PJSC, together with North-Western Concession Company (NWCC), LLC, which is a concessionaire of the head section of M-11 Neva highway (the 15th km - 58th km) implemented this project under the agreement on creation of the road infrastructure and improvement of service for drivers with support from Avtodor State Company.
The multifunctional zone of the petrol station provides updated interiors and an expanded fit area, a self-service system, when a customer may not only pay for fuel and goods in the shop but also select dishes in cafeterias from the menu without any operator assistance. Beeper wireless system remotely notifying a customer of their order readiness has been introduced.
In addition, the adjacent territory is equipped with outdoor exercise equipment, children's playgrounds, picnic areas and summer cafeterias, parking areas for passenger cars, trucks and buses, as well as a workout area.
Pavement of multifunctional petrol stations is extra durable and highly resistant to loads. Due to the use of rubber-asphalt concrete developed by specialists of LUKOIL, PJSC, the service life amounts to 12 years that is significantly longer than for standard asphalt concrete.
Petrol stations on Moscow-Saint Petersburg highway were launched as part of the program aimed to upgrade LUKOIL's retail network, increase a range of services, and expand assortment of non-fuel goods. The program objective is to raise service standards in order to create comfortable environment for customers.
Earlier, LUKOIL opened 4 multifunctional petrol stations on M-11 highway (a section between Tver and Saint Petersburg).

Electric car owners will not have any problems with charging stations on M-11. There are 14 electrical charging stations at the distance of up to 150 km. Those, who travel in cars using gas fuel, can also refuel. 2 gas filling stations were put into operation in 2021.
The State company continues its active work on developing and improving the service quality on M-11 Neva highway. Placement of additional 12 multifunctional zones is planned by 2024 that will allow for reducing the run between service areas to 55 km in average for the highway users.
