At the 49th kilometer of the M-11 "Neva" Highway, when traveling from St. Petersburg, it is now possible to access the Central Ring Road (TsKAD) in an easterly direction, including towards M-12.
The opening of the new exit will reduce the traffic load on the A-107 Moscow Small Ring Road. It will also allow to redirect some of the transit traffic from St. Petersburg by diverting it from Moscow towards other federal motorways, such as M-8 Kholmogory, M-7 Volga, M-5 Ural, and M-4 Don.
