Russian government approves regulations for Russian Highways State Company

The Russian government approved regulations for the Russian Highways State Company (Avtodor). Corresponding resolution #685 was signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
The Russian government approved regulations for the Russian Highways State Company (Avtodor). Corresponding resolution #685 was signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

The document stipulates that board chairman of the company shall participate in the meetings of the Russian government that consider issues related to company activities and ensure the participation of the company in drafting proposals for the agenda of government and government presidium meetings.  

Avtodor State Company shall submit to the Russian Transport Ministry proposals on the federal budget lawbill for the next fiscal year and the planned period according to the rules and in time determined by the Russian Finance Ministry.  

The company shall accept individual and collective addresses, complaints and statements from citizens and organizations, as well as supporting requests related to the fixed sphere of activities of the company that are submitted in writing or as e-mails or orally during visiting hours by citizens.  

Besides, the regulations establish the rules and order for the execution of powers and functions entrusted to Avtodor State Company and stipulated by federal law On Russian Highways State Company and on amendments to individual Russian laws.
